On-Demand Facilitator Training Registration

This training will prepare you to become a Certified Windows Facilitator and lead trauma-informed art workshops with adults, youth, and children. You’ll be invited to participate in five hands-on art workshops, experiencing the creative process for yourself as you explore how to bring it into your work.

After completing this training, you’ll have access to 600+ adaptable art workshops, continued learning opportunities, ongoing support, and a community of 1,600+ Windows Facilitators.

Note: There are no refunds for AWBW Facilitator Trainings. AWBW does permit transferring registration to a Facilitator Training held at a later date or to a coworker after notifying and receiving approval from AWBW staff.

Collaboration Agreement

This agreement outlines what AWBW provides and what we ask of you as a Windows Facilitator. Your membership includes individual access to the Facilitator Portal and support from the AWBW team, as outlined on our Facilitator Benefits page. The Portal includes 600+ workshops and 200+ resources, along with tools and guidance to support your facilitation. As a Windows Facilitator, I agree to:

Acknowledge that AWBW operates on an annual membership cycle, and agree to pay the membership fee by the due date noted in your invoice, which AWBW sends one month before your membership renews. Your first year of membership is covered as part of your training payment (2-day or on-demand). Keep my AWBW Portal account information private and for my own use only, since each membership fee supports one individual facilitator, and acknowledge that anyone else who wants to become a Windows Facilitator must complete the required 2-day or on-demand training before facilitating Windows workshops and receiving their own individual user account. Notify AWBW of any changes to my status, including leaving my organization, updating my contact information, or moving to a new organization. Share my feedback through AWBW's Annual Evaluation to help strengthen programming and resources.
